Private Prenatal and Partner Yoga

A series of private classes designed to support the birthing person during pregnancy, and both you and the birth partner for labour and birth. Each session includes a full prenatal yoga class and guided discussion and skills session.

Topics may cover how the birthing partner can confidently support the birthing process practically, physically, emotionally, and mentally; hormones of labour; mindset.

Depending on the number of sessions you would like and the length of the sessions, sessions may be structured as follows (for 4 × 75 min sessions):

  • 5 min Check-in

  • 50 min Prenatal Yoga with Partner Integration

  • 20 min Guided Discussion and Skills Session

Each prenatal yoga practice may incorporate gentle movement, breathing techniques, labour preparation, birth positions, and relaxation, tailored to specific goals and concerns.

  • Bolsters, straps, blocks and eye pillows provided

  • Email sent in advance of each session with a resource/exercise to consider or complete before the session

Sessions can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly to suit your availability, in your own home or elsewhere. Cost for the sessions depends on the proposed length, number of sessions required and any travel time.
