For Services hosted by us at a third party location:
Class will be open 10 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure plenty of time to welcome students and discuss any special considerations or requirements.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of your class to allow yourself time to settle into the space and out of respect for the other participants. Late arrivals will not be guaranteed entry and class fees will not be refunded.
The front door will be closed during class for security purposes, however we are not responsible for the security or integrity of your belongings.
Leaving prior to the end of class, except for a medical reason or emergency, is strongly discouraged to ensure the greatest benefit is obtained from your Service, as well as out of respect for fellow participants.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to class or any person at any time.
You enter and undertake Services at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages whatsoever incurred as a result of or relating to your attendance.
Where equipment is provided by a third party, we will endeavour to ensure that the equipment is cleaned and sanitised in accordance with a regular schedule. However, as the equipment does not belong to us and is used by other people, we cannot guarantee this.
Where equipment is provided by us, we will ensure that it is cleaned and sanitised according to a regular schedule.
For Services held at a location nominated by the recipient or another third party:
It is you or the third party’s responsibility to ensure the location of the Service is in a clean and safe state prior to Our arrivial. Any time delay caused by an unclean or unsafe state of the facility will be deducted from the total time over which the Service is provided.
We will be in attendance at least 5 minutes before the start of the Service to meet the location host and set up any required equipment.
We are not liable for any damages whatsoever incurred as a result of or relating to our attendance at the recipient or third party’s nominated location.

SERIES & GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Payment for a Drop-In Class or Class Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final. Any non-cancellations, no shows, or absences, will result in forfeiting that class.
Series can only be shared by multiple people if you have contacted us to explain the reason why, and we have provided explicit consent. If no consent is sought, entry will be denied and the series payment will be cancelled.
Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Pre-purchasing a class pass or gift voucher does not guarantee you entry to any class on the schedule - you must still book in for your classes prior to attending. Any non-cancellations, no shows, or absences, will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 24 hours of class start time, the value will still be deducted from the total remaining on your gift voucher.
