Bubs and Me Yoga 5 Class Pass

$150.00

Yoga is a great way to support yourself and bond with your baby. It is also a wonderful way to find community with others at the same life stage. This class offers:

  • welcome circle

  • gentle and supportive movement, pelvic floor and breathing exercises just for you

  • movement and rhymes with bub

  • time for relaxation and reflection

You can pause to feed or care for bub at any time in a supportive space. Please bring a blanket or something for your baby to lie on, and any toys they might like. Yoga mats and props are provided for you.

Suitable for babies aged from 6 weeks to crawling. Mums and birthing parents, please check with your doctor when it is suitable to return to gentle exercise. Beginners welcome.

Friday 11am-12.15pm

Classes are run on a rolling 5 week series - book into a series or book a 5 class pass to use over multiple series

2 May to 30 May

6 June to 4 July

11 July to 8 August

Yoga Mats and Props provided.
